Virtual PT (Physical Therapist) Minnesota K-12 Schools

This role places you inside the rhythm of a school year, providing physical therapy services to students across Minnesota K-12 settings through a telehealth platform. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals within IEP frameworks, and consult with teachers, occupational therapists, and other school staff to support students with a range of physical and developmental needs. Sessions may focus on mobility, motor skill development, functional movement, and access to the school environment. Working virtually, you will collaborate closely with on-site support personnel to ensure students receive meaningful, hands-on guidance even at a distance. You will participate in IEP meetings, communicate regularly with families, and maintain documentation in accordance with Minnesota state requirements. A current Minnesota PT license is expected, along with comfort working within a school-based service model.
