Virtual PT (Physical Therapist) Minnesota K-12 Schools

This role places you as a licensed physical therapist working with students across Minnesota K-12 schools in a telehealth-based capacity. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and provide direct therapy services to students whose physical needs affect their access to education. Working within the IEP process, you will collaborate closely with special education coordinators, occupational therapists, teachers, and families to ensure each student receives appropriate support. The virtual format requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to guide students, caregivers, and school staff through exercises and strategies remotely. Your caseload will follow the rhythm of the school year, including evaluation cycles, annual IEP meetings, and progress reporting across fall, winter, and spring terms. You will work with students presenting a range of diagnoses and mobility needs, adapting your approach to each learner's environment and goals. Strong communication skills and comfort with teletherapy platforms are essential to succeeding in this position.
