This position places you in a school setting in Ashland City, TN, where you will evaluate and support students whose sensory, motor, or functional challenges affect their ability to access the learning environment. You will carry a caseload that spans a range of ages and needs, providing direct therapy and consultative services to help students build the daily living and fine motor skills necessary for classroom participation. Goals are developed collaboratively with IEP teams and implemented across the school day.
You will work alongside special education teachers, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, and other support staff as part of an integrated team. The rhythm of the school year means your calendar will include evaluation periods, IEP meetings, and ongoing progress monitoring. A valid Tennessee OT license is expected for this role.
