This position supports students receiving applied behavior analysis services in a K-12 school setting in Nazareth, PA. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on student progress, and provide direct support to students with a range of developmental and behavioral needs. Your work helps create a structured, predictable environment where students can build skills and meet their goals across the school day.
As a substitute in this role, you will step in as needed when regular behavior technicians are unavailable, giving you flexibility in how often you work while still making a meaningful contribution to student support. Familiarity with ABA principles and experience working with children in educational or clinical settings will serve you well. A current RBT credential is expected for this position.
