This position places you in a K-12 school setting in Norristown, PA, where you will work directly with students who have been identified as needing behavioral support. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on student progress, and use applied behavior analysis techniques to support learning, communication, and social development. Your work happens in classrooms, resource settings, and sometimes in common areas of the school building, following the natural rhythm of the school day and calendar.
You will collaborate closely with special education teachers, related service providers, and school staff to help students build skills and meet their goals.
